Clarice realizes who Buffalo Bill is, draws her gun and tells him to freeze!  Or does she?  The outtakes reel reveals the scene that made it to the film’s final cut took some time to get right.  Instead of telling Buffalo Bill to put his hands in the air, Clarice yells for him to put his hands on his hips!
