Salma Hayek presented the award for best mini-series or TV movie which went to “Elizabeth I”.
Sienna Miller and Terrance Howard award two awards. The first to Bill Nighy (Love Actually, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest) for best actor in a mini-series or made for TV movie for his work in “Gideon’s Daughter”. The second was for best actress in a mini-series or made for TV movie which went to Helen Mirren (“The Queen”, “Calendar Girls”) for her work in “Elizabeth I”.
Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant presented the award for best original score which was won by “The Painted Veil”.
